This week, we will welcome the new sec 1s to our company. We will conduct singpiration & devotion, PT and games for all. We will also basically do an introduction of our NCOs, primers and officers.

Parade for 16 Jan

Hi boys

I would like to have a reflection or debrief of 16 Jan's parade. There are some things that i would like to share which i forgot to do so before dismissal.

First, we'll start with the NCOs. I think that the NCOs have put in a lot of effort for this parade. Joel Chee has done a good job as the COS and the planning for PT and Games. Preparations and even songs were made for training. Mason, Peng Guan and Mark have also made the effort to get the boys ready for singspiration and devotion as well as the songs. Jeremy and Wei Boon, you have to be more decisive as discipline committee, to enforce the discipline.

Chun Chie has also put in commendable effort into getting the NCOs to work on the card and to ensure the squad leaders inform their members on parade. I'm also very pleased of the attendance today. The attendance for today was 34, compared to last year when we only had 20+ each parade. NCOs and squad leaders, please do keep up the good work.

Lastly, i would like to address on the uniform condition. I hope that all of you can take some time to polish up and pack your uniform the night before. I do hope to see improvements on the uniform by next parade which will be on the week after next.

I am very happy for the result of this parade except for drills which need more improvement. I hope you guys can keep up the good attendance. Thank you.

Parade Order 16 Jan

For this week's parade we will start with drills stage 2 for the sec 2s and training for Speech Day opening ceremony for sec 3 and 4. On top of that, we will also train for our Adventure Quest (AQ) which will be in April. Full Uniform must be in tip top condition.

The objectives of this coming parade will be to finalise all preparations for the recruitment day on Saturday, 10 January. During this parade we will have Singspiration and Devotion, the gift exchange and the presentation of the videos for the recruitment day.
